I used to be able to record this site but now I cant! What should I do?
Firstly make sure that Jaksta is monitoring. Jaksta will only detect new streams when it is monitoring.
Next make sure you are running the most recent version of Jaksta. Get the version from Help > About (get the version of jsmp in the list and compare it to the version on this page).
If the latest version still doesnt record the site then please contact support with as many details as possible about the site your are trying to record.
