Why wont any conversion start? They just stay as Queued for Conversion.
Your conversion settings map have become corrupt. Dont panic this is easy to fix.
Please kill Jaksta using your Task List (jsmrp.exe) and then delete the following folder:
- Vista/Win7: C:\Users\%your username%\AppData\Local\Jaksta_Pty_Ltd
- XP: C:\Documents and Settings\%your username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Jaksta_Pty_Ltd
Restart Jaksta and all should be back to normal.
NOTE to 64bit Users:
If you download version 3.1.8 of Jaksta before 2nd Feb 2009 you would have downloaded a corrupted installation package that resulted in this behaviour. This has been corrected. Please uninstall Jaksta, download the new installer and reinstall. Sorry for the inconvenience. The 32bit package was not corrupted.
