Technical Support for Jaksta Converter

I'm trying to download short 6-10 second videos off of YouTube and the videos download, but automatically discard. Is there a fix for this?

Hi Eric,

Are you using Converter or the Media Recorder?

If it is Media Recorder, which from what you are describing it sounds like, there is a minimum duration setting in Preferences > Downloads that you can alter.

If you shorten it to 5 seconds or so then you should be right.
