Technical Support for Jaksta Media Recorder
Apple Music app and Jaksta

Jaksta worked fine on iTunes. It does not work with the new Apple Music app. I am using Catalina 10.15.3. I am trying to use Sent to iTunes to now
send to Music instead.

We have a new beta that should resolve this. You can download the installer here - https://download.shedworx.com/jaksta/beta/2.2.6_288/JakstaMediaRecorder.pkg
When you first attempt to run the installer you will receive a Mac OS notification saying that it can't be opened because it cannot be checked for malicious software. Click 'OK' and then go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General and click on 'Open Anyway' down the bottom. It will either run the installer or another similar notification as the first will appear and you just need to click 'Open' and then the installer will run.
When you open Jaksta press Allow/Open/Yes for any permission notifications that cope up in the (usually) top right hand corner of the screen. This will give allow it to send files to the new TV and Music apps.
Please let me know if this does not resolve your issue and we can troubleshoot some more.

It is still not working. I have macOS Catalina 10.15.4
Music is not sent to the Music app. Jaksta says
it "sent to iTunes". As you know Apple replaced iTunes

This may help. I get the following messages when attempting to send music over to Apple Music:
Unable to verify the identity of the server “xp.apple.com”.
Unable to verify the identity of the server “s.mzstatic.com”.
The certificate for this server is invalid.

If I'm remembering right those errors come up in the TV and Music apps when the monitoring in Jaksta is still active, and that's because there is a conflict with the proxy settings configured by Jaksta.
If you go into System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Automation and then find Jaksta Media/Music Recorder in the list and make sure TV and Music are ticked on. If they already are try unticking them and then reticking them. Do the same for any other Jaksta products listed.
I believe at that point it should start working as you'd like. Please let me know again if that is not the case.

Let's get back to the beginning. I am talking about Jaksta Music Recorder. You keep referring to the Media Recorder! I think that is why the fixes are not working!

You are right, I have been assuming you were referring to Jaksta Media Recorder as you made your post in the Media Recorder forum.
In any case the troubleshooting suggestions I have made also apply to Music Recorder, and it seems they have resolved your issue.
