I had purchased jaksta for Mac a few years ago. After awhile it stopped working. I figured I had an out of date version so I purchased the current version yesterday. It still doesn't work. I tried removing and reinstalling. D it still won't record anything from any site. Please advise.

Can you please supply a screenshot of the main screen in Jaksta, a test link and a log file so that we can run some tests and checks?
You can find the log file in Jaksta by going into Preferences > General > Find Log File
