Technical Support for Jaksta Media Recorder

 Jaksta no longer records bbc.co.uk/radio1 (any programs). Worked fine with Chrome until a couple of weeks ago.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No change.

Using latest version of Chrome and Jaksta. Using Mac Yosemite.

Still seems to work when I download TV programs from bbc.co.uk/iplayer.

Sorry unfortunately Jaksta is not working with BBC Radio at the moment. We are looking into fixing this as soon as we can if possible.
