Thanks for providing the log file and a link. That is a refreshing change.
It seems that there is an issue with that particular video, as I am having trouble downloading it myself. When tested, it does detect it and begins to download but quickly results in an error.
However, that is most likely a coincidence more than anything as your problem sounds as if is affecting the whole of Jaksta.
Firstly, try updating to the latest version, as your version is several years old by now.

Try updating first, and then test some other videos/links an let us know if he problem continues. If it does, send through another log file and a screenshot so that we can investigate further.
