Firstly, make sure you are not running a VPN when you try and run Jaksta - they can sometimes interfere with the program and cause problems.
Other than that, are you able to send us a log file the next time you encounter this problem? You can find the Jaksta log file by going to the Preferences and clicking the Find Log File button
