It there any ETA on when Jaksta.app will be repaired to run under Mac OS Sierra?

Are you able to provide a link to an example that you are having trouble with?
A log file as well as a screenshot would be handy as well. Log file can be found in Preferences > General > Find Log File (button down bottom right corner) in Jaksta.

The file name is downloaded as CDN instead of labeling it by the appropriate name. For example, the file name should be apb.s01e07.720p.hdtv.x264-avs___58d0f9a10919c instead it comes in as CDN...without any description or label.

We really need a link to test so that we can see if we can get the same result. We need to work out if the problem is with the site, Jaksta or your particular setup. Again, the log file is also important as it gives us a detailed breakdown of what has occurred within Jaksta.
Also, have you tried reinstalling Jaksta at any point? A lot of the time that can fix it.
