We really need a link to test so that we can see if we can get the same result. We need to work out if the problem is with the site, Jaksta or your particular setup. Again, the log file is also important as it gives us a detailed breakdown of what has occurred within Jaksta.
Also, have you tried reinstalling Jaksta at any point? A lot of the time that can fix it.
