Technical Support for Jaksta Media Recorder

Dear Jaksta support team, hello,
My name is Guy Assaf, I've purchased Jaksta for windows version 18.104.22.168
a while ago and now I seem to have some troubles with monitoring.
When i press " Start Monitoring" an error message pops up and says "Unexpected error - Could not load driver JakNDis."
My order number is P1339944362125.
Please let me know how can I fix this.

First, I can suggest downloading the latest version which is a free upgrade and should work with your existing activation key:
