Technical Support for Jaksta Media Recorder

I have Jaksta version Version 1.4.6 (188) and it's not downloading Vimeo videos.

Can you try downloading this new version 1.4.9:

If it still does not work, can you send us the log file? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking the Find Log File button.
