Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

Failed to run filter graph

I have 2 windows machines and Jaksta seems fine on one and not the other.

On one download if fine but for the other it just says 'failed to run filter graph'

How do I diagnose the issue ?

Im still trying to work out what is going on on your computer.  Nothing stands out from the logs provided.  Will be in contact soon to ask for more info.

Hi,  On both your computers could you please do the following:

  1. From Start, type dxdiag in the Search box, and then press enter.
  2. Tap or click on dxdiag from the results.
  3. Once the check has finished please click the Save All Information and save the file.
  4. Upload both here with a file name that indicates which computer it comes from - ie a file name that states which computer shows the error and which one doesnt.
