2nd recording not working
I am trying to record on Britbox.co.uk using the DVR on 64bit Windows10 PC. For the first recording I enter my site login details and then the recording works fine. The second time it doesn't ask for my login details (I assume Jaksta App has saved them). It then records 31 seconds of the Britbox logo and saves this as a completed file and the programme does not record. I have tried a few times.
I have found a very unsatisfactory solution, which is to completely uninstall Jaksta (including data), reboot and reinstall Jaksta and enter the activation key again. I can then do another successful 'first' recording on Britbox but again the second recording doesn't work and I get 31 seconds of the Britbox logo.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?
