Cannot send to iTunes

For the Media Recorder for Windows, I am unable to send any downloaded

podcasts to Itunes.  The settings button for Itunes say "off" but I am unable

to turn it on.  For years I had no problem.  I did update to a recent version of Itunes.

Does this mean my Recorder is now not compatible with Itunes for uploading

mp3  Podcast files?

Do you have the desktop version of itunes installed?  

If you are using the Microsoft Store version of itunes then import is unavailable.  This is because the connection between desktop apps such as JMR and windows store apps is blocked as windows store apps are sandboxed.
