Hi Support

When I now attempt to record , JMR keeps on failing with 'Failed to run filter graph'

Please help what I should do ?  . 

FYI :- 

JMR had happily been recording several times for short test videos while I was getting used to product. I was very impressed with software + tests I had performed.   I was attempting to try different settings when I first noticed the sound disappeared from the output videos.  I then tried changing my Windows sound settings.  After doing this the error above started to appear.  My other software on machine still appears to be working (sound/video etc ) 

This evening - I have completely removed + reinstalled Jaksta software , however I still get same error mesage. 

 My OS is Windows 11 23H2
