 Hi,

I am contacting you as I purchased Jaksta media recorder and it is not working.

Every video I post to convert to mp3 from youtube either says video unavailable or Url is not supported.

Can you please resolve the issue ?

Youtube must have changed something yesterday because I was downloading videos and it was working great and all of a sudden I also got the error that says the URL is not supported.

Support for the latest youtube changes was made yesterday via the automatic update.  

Please ensure you have Get Support > Check for new version on start switch on and restart JMR.  The update will automatically be downloaded and applied.

Please dont post license keys to the forum. :)

Hi,

The downloads now work thank you. However, I have selected the best MP3 quality in Jaksta but when I download a song, it downloads the song twice, once in 128kbps and once in 320KBps (see picture below), do you please know how I can stop Jaksta downloading two versions of the song each time ?
