Technical Support for Jaksta Media Recorder

Hi, I am having no result from jaksta downloading from Chatterbate sites and have tried uninstall and re installing. I saw an answer to a post from someone with the same problem. You suggested opening the Jaksta Terminal. I presume this means open up the jaksta media recorder. However, when i copied and pasted the code provided it showed an error. Can you help any further?
