Monitors requesting Login

Asked by Johnny @ 29 Dec 2018 04:12 / Views: 36

 Hello -

I record from a site called thru the use of monitors.  For some reason, lately I randomly get a username and password box that pops up when the monitor is checked.  The problem is, if I am not there to dismiss it, all other monitors stop functioning until I dismiss the login box.

I can't explain why all of a sudden it is randomly asking for logon credentials.  But the way it was worked in the past is if an anonymous user to the site could access a stream, then it would record.  Otherwise, it would bypass.  I guess this would fall under the category of feature request.

Cheers and Happy Holidays!

The site is requesting login details - hense the prompt.

Please provide debug logs and we can have a look at why

 I ran in debug mode for at least a day and when I woke up this morning, i found a login prompt on JMR.

Cheers for investigating!!

Chaturbate is returning a bad gateway error - hense the prompt for credentials.

2019-01-07 20:14:09,070 [4] INFO  c3 [(null)] - ExtractionEngineDownloader: ERROR: Unable to download webpage: HTTP Error 502: Bad Gateway (caused by HTTPError());
2019-01-07 20:14:09,094 [4] INFO  c3 [(null)] - ExtractionEngineDownloader: Credentials required.  Prompting.

Will look at a setting to turn this off for monitored urls, so it is non blocking for all others.
