Technical Support for Jaksta Media Recorder
Windows 10 Pro - recordings are blank/black videos

Hey folks, I have the latest version 220.127.116.11 and when I record from either Acorn TV, Amazon, or Netflix, it appears to be recording - the files are created, but when played back, they are all black, with no audio.

I assume your using the following 3 steps to record netflix: https://www.jaksta.com/how-to/windows/how-to-save-netflix-movies-and-shows
If you are not already we highly recommend you use the chrome as your DVR Browser type.
Please provide debug logs as per the following link for netflix so we can see what is going on on your machine. Ensure debug is on before you open the DVR browser.
