Technical Support for Jaksta Media Recorder
windows 10 problem. need to upgrade?

hi there! i have purchased a license for jaksta and i use this application without any preoblem
unfortunately by setting up windoew 10 an error message appears telling me "could not load driver Jackndis"
i searched at interent and found out that i can upgrade.
can you please advise me what and how to do it so my jaksta will work again?
the mail that i have purchased the jaksta is my previous one : firstname.lastname@example.org just to find my jaksta id
if i can keep my jaksta version will be fantastic because i know how to use it (i think is jaksta 4)

Jaksta 4 is very very old and no longer supported.
If you want to upgrade please contact Licensing Support via
They should be able to look up your license based on your email address.
