Although a minor improvement, I think it would be (from a programmer's  point of view).

on all the numeric fields that allow user input, the arrow keys for adjusting the integer values,

only increment or decrement in whole numbers  on the left side of the decimal point. therefore the issue I a_ writing about is the ABILITY to have the increment decrement arrows work on the right side of the decimal point starting  .01 and incrementing or decrementing by 1

I realize this borderlines on a trivial improvement  but frond a programmer's point of view its just feels right to have program's working at a fully functional level. I think you'll agree that this issue limits that "full" functionality.
