The directions for downloading CBC Gem via streamloader don't seem to work. It worked when I tried via the free trial ie asked for the gem credentials and downloaded half a show. But after I purchased it, it hasn't asked for credentials and I get the message below saying the URL is not supported. The only way to download is via capture which is not very useful.
