I've tried recording a show that's available for the public instead of PBS Passport. I keep getting the "No player found to DVR" error message but the video has already started playing. I've even tried to Drag and Drop URL and I still get incomplete recordings of video and audio that can't play. I haven't had any other problems with sites like netflix or HBONow. Please help. TIA
