Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

I am recording off Eurosport Player but I am only getting 1200x680 (60fps) video quality, which is much poorer on playback than the quality visible in Eurosport Player itself.  I have set Request Best Output Size to 'No' (as when 'Yes' this was limiting video quality partially to 1080x610).

How do I ensure I capture the best video quality available from Eurosport Player?

Why is the Jaksta quality so much worse than when viewed in Eurosport Player itself?
