Hello. I have been getting this error message 'failing to create npcap service' when I try to install a Windows version of Jaksta on a Mac using Parallels.
I have tried rebooting and even installing the latest official Npcap installer as instructed but to no avail.
I am still able to capture content via the url box and only gives me an error box message when I try to toggle on the AUTO capture feature.
How do I fix it? Advice much appreciated!
