How to use hlsd.exe from the command line

Hi, I want to download a video with hlsd.exe using the command line.

According to the help the command should look like this:
hlsd.exe https://video-dev.github.io/streams/x36xhzz/x36xhzz.m3u8 movie.ts best

but I'm getting the following error:

error: Unable to open URL: https://video-dev.github.io/streams/x36xhzz/x36xhzz.m3u8 (Could not find a suitable TLS CA certificate bundle, invalid path: D:\videos\hlsd.dat\certifi\cacert.pem)

What should I do to make it work properly?

We don't support running internal components of Jaksta outside of the application in this way.
