I have windows 11 and when trying to download from Amazon music my internet randomly shuts down.
I spent hours with HP trying to solve the issue and no fix. Looking through my system the only thing I see is I can’t turn on memory protection because of Jaksta_ve.Sys .
How can I solve this issue, one fix I saw was to add jaksta to my list of approved firewall programs, but don’t know how to find the file to set it as approved search doesn’t bring it up
