Jaksta Stopped Working

I'm running Windows 11 and my Jaksta stopped working and I'm getting a fatal error.  Is there a way to fix this?

You dont have permission to access that file/path. Your user requires permission to its profile which is where JMR stores various files.

I'm not too tech savvy on that but can do some awesome Excel formulas.

How do I give permissions?

If you find a YouTube video on that or an article that can help me, please do so.

Thanks for the help.

I'll try to look into it myself and email you back if I solve the problem

Thank you.
