Tried to load Jaksta on new computer. Jaksta will not boot at all. It goes from the UI loading splash screen to a full blown microsoft error, and shuts down.
This makes no sense! One of your other help ideas was to reinstall some kind of microsoft thing...
Your advice is very welcome.

same problem. this time the error message was that the DVR wasn't loading---said to re-install. I did. Now smae issue---splash screen for UI loading, then it closes with no clue.
