When a video fails, due to a stream going into private/password for example, the Status of a monitored stream stays at In Progress and never rechecks/restarts when the stream goes public again.
Related: It also leaves an empty file behind that I need to manually clean up which is just irritating, although while this bug is still active at least that's a sign that I need to manually monitor the stream and toggle it on/off once it goes public again.
