Hi my recorder was working yesterday. But today it says "network monitor not found" when I try to switch to auto. I did install winpcap already. But for some reason both winpcap and network monitor options are not enabled when I go to settings > internet downloads. Could you please help?

Try uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling Winpcap.
