Thanks for your credentials.  Testing shows it captures fine here using AUTO detection mode.

Try the following:

1. Clear your browser's cache - the video may be cached if you have already watched it.

2. Ensure AUTO is on before you go to nrsng.com

3. If you are still having issues then please provide your debug log files by following these instructions https://support.jaksta.com/discussions/topics/6000009063
