There is a stream that i would like to record since i never get to watch it due to the stream starting late at night and ends early in the morning.
The schedule tab on the Monitor doesn't allow me to set the start to something like 10PM and ends at 3AM since the schedule only runs on the day and resets at midnight.
How should monitor the stream without having to set up 2 different monitors.

Also why is it that when i untick a day it would untick other days as well, unticking TUE will also untick WED and SAT for some reason

Use the built in scheduler (Schedule tab) instead of the monitor for situations like that.
Im not sure why your text boxes are displaying that behaviour, they don't do that here and no one else has reported it.
