Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

 Hi there!

I am using Jaksta recorder (6.0.1.31) I used to be able to capture videos from http://asiansexdiary.com but suddenly this stopped. Im firefox, the browser downloads the ads but is insensitive to any video playing. In Chrome, I get many downloads of m3u8 small files.

Can you help please?

Site is password protected so cant test.  Please provide debug logs - follow https://support.jaksta.com/discussions/topics/6000009063 - for each browser.
