Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

I updated to the new version and was working fine until i shut down my computer and now the program won't even start.

I have reinstalled the program again twice and always says succesfully but when i click on the icon nothing comes on.

Also, where do i found version 7.0.0.46, i deleted mine when i did the upgrade.

Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

Please zip up and attach here file that are in 

C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Jaksta

I'm using version 7.0.0.46 without issues so far, will keep using for now, might wait to install the newer version later on, if i still have problems then, will let you know.
