Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

When using Jaksta Media Recorder's auto detect function I am able to download videos from Vidangel, however, the audio cuts out about every six seconds or so for a second.

I've tried multiple different movies and the results are the same.

I've attached the logs with debug mode turned on while the problem was happening.

Any help is greatly appreciated as this is the only reason I purchased this product.

I did a little more troubleshooting.

If I use the windows Movies & TV app, then the file plays just fine.

If I use VLC, the original reported problem is there (sound skips every few seconds)

If I use Plex, then the sound is fine but the video skips every few seconds.
