Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

Hi,

Every time I try to use AUTO with amateur.tv I get a wrong length in the files, so I can't play successfully these files.

For example, I've been capturing around 1 minute from https://www.amateur.tv/MaReL69

According to any player or MediaInfo, its length is bigger than 1 minute and the audio's and video's duration is different:

However, if I use the On Demand saving of media (Drag & Drop or Copy & Paste the webpage URL into the URL Download field) I get a right file.
