Hi
I want to purchase the software but everytime I record the sample (trial) video from Netflix I get a blank screen.
How do I go about the settings , as soon as I get video and sound on the sample download I can purchase the software

Yes the DVR works on Windows7. You have access to the trial version to test it on your computer and 30 day refund period.
