Technical Support for Jaksta Media Recorder

I am unable to record anything from Dshanywhere.com I followed instructions from here: https://www.jaksta.com/best-apps/dishanywhere.com
When the video starts in the DISH Aywhere Slingplayer window and I press record, it shows the status of Connecting in the Digital Video Recorder window.
It acts like is is waiting for the video to start in the browser and not the DISH Aywhere Slingplayer window/app.

Please try and set Settings > DVR > Browser Emulation to IE11.
If that doesnt work please provide debug logs as per https://support.jaksta.com/discussions/topics/6000009063

I tried IE 11 mode and no luck, I am uploading the debug logs. It just seems like it doesn't know the DISH Aywhere Slingplayer window is playing video.
