Problem with activation

Hello good day

I bought a month ago the license of your program, to download videos to do sports scouting, I had to format my computer and when you reinstall your program and put the activation key gives me error, with the following message: There was no end listening at that could accept the message. The cause is usually an incorrect address or SOAP action.

I need a quick solution because I urgently need to download videos to work.

Ensure your firewall or other security software is not blocking  If you cant get to then you will not be able to enter the activation code.

If you are still having issues then please provide debug logs following these directions:

Ensure debug is on before you attempt to enter your license and collect after you get the error message.
