Problem with activation

Hello good day
I bought a month ago the license of your program, to download videos to do sports scouting, I had to format my computer and when you reinstall your program and put the activation key gives me error, with the following message: There was no end listening at https://store.shedworx.com/storews/ActivationBean that could accept the message. The cause is usually an incorrect address or SOAP action.
I need a quick solution because I urgently need to download videos to work.

If you are still having issues then please provide debug logs following these directions: https://jaksta.com/support/windows/technical/jaksta-media-recorder/how-to-generate-debug-logs-6000009063
Ensure debug is on before you attempt to enter your license and collect after you get the error message.
