After last updated of Windows 10 october updated. Dvr recordings both on netflix and amazon prime videos only get sound no picture (picture black)

Microsoft has stopped this rollout and taken it down because of multiple issues with it - https://www.businessinsider.com.au/microsoft-pauses-rollout-of-windows-10-october-2018-update-2018-10. See many other news articles saying the same.
We will be running up new test machines as soon as they start the rollout again with whatever fixes they make.
If you decide not to revert your windows version back then please provide debug logs as per the following and Ill see if I can spot anything:
