Jaksta Media Recorder for Windows for Windows Technical Support Forum

"Input string was not in a correct format" - Vimeo

*Posting to the Windows forum*

After installing the latest version, Vimeo videos are detected, but not downloaded. Vimeo instantly shows the status as "Complete (Errors)" and Jaksta displays the error "Input string was not in a correct format" at the bottom of the screen.

Vimeo does appear to correctly download the same video if the URL is pasted into the window and download is triggered from there.

Any ideas how to fix this? I am trying to download a video that's hosted on Vimeo but is played out of a player interface where the URL can't be copied - it's hard to tell if this is working when Jaksta's not downloading videos correctly that I know it should be able to capture.

When using AUTO method to record some streams hosted by Vimeo I get  the error "Input string was not in a correct format".  When copying and pasting the URL, I get the error "URL not supported..."

Please find attached debug logs
