Dear Sir / Madam,
Since a few weeks I have had problems downloading programs. When the program is downloaded I only hear the sound and see no image. I have not changed anything in the settings.
The file that is downloaded is an MP4 file with sound and without image. Can you help me?

Go to DVR (1) and select DVR browser (2)
Enter the URL of the video, click on play and make it fill the screen. Then click on "REC" at the top right.
Then you get this screen:
Normally you will see a small screen in place of [1] on which you can see what is being recorded. Not now. At check only see black screen. The sound will be recorded.
The "Hardware accelerator" option is off in the settings.
File is saved as WMV even though MP4 is set.

Could you please provide debug logs of a DVR recording.
DRV recordings are always saved as WMV. You would need to select an MP4 Conversion Setting to have it converted after the recording is finished.
