'Not Responding' under Windows 10 when selection Auto

I've got the latest version, 7.0.19.0 and after opening the application, and switch the Auto button to 'On' the app freezes up with a Not Responding message.

I already attached the debug logs in the original message.

They are not in debug mode.  Please follow the instructions to get debug mode logs.

Yes, it was in debug mode - I have it set to start in debug mode. The problem is that as soon as I set the Auto scan button to on, the program freezes (Not Responding) and I have to kill it from task manager. Presumably, if I collect a debug log before doing that it appears not in debug mode?? I could find no evidence of the C:\Program Files (x86)\Jaksta Technologies\Jaksta Media Recorder 7\jmrp.exe.log4net file after a crash either. I'm sending you the latest log file and sysinfo.

Mark

From your debug logs it looks like it is hanging when trying to add the JMR SSL cert to firefox.

From your sysinfo dump it says firefox is crashing as are alot of other applications like byutv, mediamallserver etc.

Ensure your machine is updated with all MS updates etc as you are still on the May 2019 update of windows 10 by the look of it.
