I have recorded much from Prime without problems, and recorded several episodes of "Jack Ryan" in early July 2020, which were OK. I now find when I record further episodes, there is a banner "Watch Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan" across the top of the screen. Although there is an "X" on the RH end, on the browser the banner is different and clicking "X" returns action to the previous browser screen. I suspect Amazon have changed their presentation. is there any way to nullify or get rid of this banner?
