I also had that issue which has now been fixed however before it broke a few days ago with the Preferred Download Quality set to 'High', and Preferred Download Format set to 'mp4' pasting the following url https://www.twitch.tv/videos/640431957
for example would download the video, now its selecting the Audio stream ' MP4 (AAC, VBR); Audio Only' instead of the video stream ' MP4 (H264 HL 4.2, 1920x1080, 59,997 fps / AAC LC 6392 kbs)'
When there are audio and video streams, can selecting the video stream be the default? This was the default behaviour before it stopped working a few days ago.

One other thing I noticed is the size column is not showing anything during the download of the twitch link I posted. Its not a major issue but if its something you can fix great.

Yes, this version seems to be selecting the video over the audio which is great.
The only thing remaining, is the size of the is not showing during the download for twitch, you can try with this link https://www.twitch.tv/videos/640431957
Don't know if that's something you can fix on your end, it used to show the size when downloading twitch videos but perhaps twitch changed something recently that's causing that issue?

Bugs in version 7.0.4.0 the Internet after 2-3 days began to work terribly and the program broke off the broadcast, every 5-10 minutes. In versions 7.0.7.0 - 7.0.9.0. there was no such thing yet. But there were bugs with audio the program only records audio. Version 7.0.9.0 Messed up audio in video players. You start the video, but the audio doesn't play.

The problem with audio appeared after updating the program, when Windows gave a blue screen. The second time the program was updated and there were problems with playing audio from the computer. Everything worked fine in the browser, the sound was on and the music was playing. This problem was solved, like a fix, malfunctions in Windows. But still, the blue screen does not crash for the first time when the program updates. Here is the question why the program records streams only in audio without video and when you try to add a broadcast manually nothing changes the recording is only audio. And the program stopped affecting the Internet connection after 2-3 days of operation and respectively. When starting the constant of open records. streams'. Every 2-10 minutes.

Unfortunately it is very hard to understand what you are asking and you have not provided debug logs as requested.
The screenshot shows that you have downloaded an audio stream - many sights stream audio and video as separate streams. You are presented with all available streams. It is up to you to pick the one you want.
Perhaps just ask one question at a time.

No, the problem is recording audio instead of video. On twitch there is a video broadcast but the monitor only pumps audio. If you manually enter a link to the channel, only audio will still be recorded.

This does not always happen. Just once the program records the broadcast normally there is only audio. And the program records this broadcast only in audio. Even when you paste the url to download

Your logs show audio and video being downloaded. You are live monitoring many streams. Please just provide debug logs that show you entering a twitch.tv url that is only giving audio.
The following screenshot shows what I get here on a twitch.tv live stream, which shows the audio+video ones plus one audio only stream.

What happened to mixing streams in 7.0.10.0? All streams are mixing for hours. 99% cost 30 minutes.

No need for the attitude dude. Others here will tell you I have absolutely zero time for it.
Muxing can take a while if conversion of audio and or video is required and the file is huge - always been this way. For example if you download at H264 video/OGA audio stream. The OGA needs to be converted to AAC to go in a MP4 container.
There is also a new muxing settings as per release notes. Settings > Advanced > Mux. Turn off fast start if you don't want the index (moov atom) at start of file. Again this can take a while if the file is huge.
If you still think there is something wrong then please provide debug logs.

Muxing of "Twitch stpeach.mp4" which was 18.91 GB and 07:03:52 hrs in length started at 2020-06-18 06:50:56,253 and was finished at 07:13:02,653.
You have the move index to start of file setting on. This occurred between 2020-06-18 07:09:45,327 and 07:13:02,653.
This is all completely normal for that size of file.

You don't understand me.
I know that mixing a 15 GB file is not fast on the hard disk. I have been using the program for a long time and I know how it works. But in version 7.0.10.0, the problem is finishing mixing. 99% can hang for an hour. Tagging and Queuing are usually completed in the program when there are several files in the mix that are 7-15 GB in size.
Is this normal? This was not the case in previous versions of the program.

I recommend you turn off the new MP4 fast start setting. That will save you a few minutes of muxing time on files that large. Or if you need the index at the start of the file for editing and streaming, then just wait for it to finish doing what you have asked it to do.

You are receiving timeout errors such as "Connection to video-weaver.hel01.hls.ttvnw.net timed out" and then exceeding the configured number of retries so the stream completes as it has gone away.
As a guess, you are being throttled either by your ISP or ttvnw or are having other network issues.
Settings > Advanced > HLS tab has settings that can be used to increases/decrease timeouts etc that may help.
